The tools, explanations, troubleshooting notes and format descriptions on CarenCart are provided for general information and practical use. They are written carefully and corrected when found wrong, but they are offered without warranty of accuracy or completeness, and they may become out of date.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Processing a contract, a tax form, a medical record or a legal filing through a conversion tool does not make the result authoritative, and no relationship of professional responsibility is created by your use of this site. For consequential decisions, consult a qualified professional.
Conversion accuracy
Converting between document formats is lossy by nature. A PDF stores positioned glyphs rather than paragraphs and tables, so rebuilding an editable document from one is reconstruction and may differ from the original in structure, spacing, fonts, images or pagination. Optical and structural inference can be wrong, especially on generated invoices, scanned pages and complex layouts.
Always verify output before you rely on it — particularly figures, reference numbers, dates and anything you are about to send to someone else. Keep your original file. We cannot recover anything for you, because nothing is retained.
File security and your own responsibility
We take the handling of uploads seriously and delete them immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely without risk. For material that is highly confidential, prefer the tools marked Runs in your browser, where the file never leaves your device at all, or use offline software.
Passwords and protected documents
Tools that remove protection from a document require you to already know and supply the correct password. This site offers no password recovery, guessing or brute-force capability of any kind. You are responsible for having the right to open any document you process.
Advertising
CarenCart is free to use, and may display third-party advertising. Two things are worth stating openly:
- Advertisements are not endorsements. Ads are selected and served by external networks, not chosen by us. We do not review, approve or vouch for advertised products, services or claims, and any transaction is strictly between you and the advertiser.
- Advertising does not shape the content. Which tools exist, what the pages say about their limitations, and the privacy statements throughout the site are not influenced by advertisers. Where a tool has a real weakness, the page says so.
Where advertisements appear, they are kept visually distinct from the tools and site content. Advertising code has no access to your documents.

Availability
Tools may be changed, limited or withdrawn without notice, and some listed tools are explicitly marked as being in development and do not function. Nothing here is offered with a guarantee of continued availability.
